If you have managed to stock up on some raw mangoes this summer, we have the idle recipe for your. Green mango is more refreshing and tantalizing to the tastebuds than ripe ones, isn't it? Today we bring you the recipe of a lipsmacking raw mango sherbet that you will love to sip. Plus, it's such a child's play making this drink that you would want to try it every other day.
Ingredients
Raw Mango – 2 or 3
Roasted Cumin Powder – 1 Tbs
Sugar – 1/2 Cup or to taste
Salt to taste
Instructions
Rinse the raw mangoes until squeaky clean.
Pressure cook the whole mangoes for 5 to 7 mins with some water.
When done, remove from heat, allow to cool and then pulp the raw mangoes without peel.
In a blender, blitz the pulp and sugar together.
Add a glass of water and some ice cubes and refrigerate it for sometime.
When serving, add roasted cumin powder and salt and serve.
