The two upcoming series of Hunger Games will not be affected by the death of Philip Seymour Hoffman. According to reports, Hoffman had only seven days of shooting left for the next series, 'The Hunger Games: Mockinjay Part 2'.
The 46-year-old actor was playing the role of Plutarch Heavensbee, head gamemaker in the movie.
The initial release dates scheduled for November 21, 2014, and November 20, 2015 for the two movies respectively, will hold inspite of the tragic death of the actor.
Oscar awarded Philip Seymour Hoffman was found dead at his New York apartment on Sunday due to probable drug overdose.
