Gwyneth Paltrow's birthday surely turned out to be a special  one, with ex-hubby Chris Martin dropping in to wish her.

The Coldplay frontman was seen driving to Paltrow's private residence on Saturday, maybe to drop off a sweet gift or just to wish the mother of his children happy birthday!

In the evening, a galaxy of celebs arrived at Paltrow's Los Angeles home for a birthday bash!We, however, don't know if the "Fix You" crooner stayed on for the star-studded event!

Paltrow's party included guests Maya Rudolph, Nicole Richie, Jennifer Meyer and Tobey Maguire, Kate Hudson, Rashida Jones and more!

Gwyneth posted a gorgeous selfie with flowers surrounding her pretty face on Instagram over the weekend and wrote a sweet message to those who acknowledged her birthday. "thank you for all the birthday wishes! #feelingthelove," she captioned the pic.
