Britney Spears had come to Elton John's Oscar party in a sheer black dress flaunting her boobs. The recording artist was seen at Elton's annual AIDS Foundation Academy Award Party.

The 32-year-old American entertainer was spotted in a sheer black sequin dress with a revealing nude underskirt. Britney had given a miss to her bra, revealing her hot body, reported the Mirror.
