Ingredients
140 ml of Condensed Milk
90 ml of Whole Milk
¾ cup of Whole Milk (to mix the cocoa)
4 tbsp Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Few tbsp Pistachios
Ready-made Rasgullas
Instructions
Gently squeeze off the sugar syrup from rasgullas and keep aside. Make sure not to break the rasgullas.
In a pan, heat 3/4cup of whole milk. Stir in cocoa powder until smooth. Add a few drops of vanilla essence and set aside.
In another pan, dilute condensed milk with 90 ml of milk and heat the mixture.
Add the rasgullas in the warm condensed milk mix and simmer until it starts to bubble. Take off from the heat and keep aside.
Add half of the prepared cocoa liquid and give a good stir.
Remove the rasgullas from the liquid and dunk them in remaining cocoa liquid. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Chill the condensed milk mix too.
Drop the chocolatey rasgullas into the cocoa mixed condensed milk and pour over some more cocoa liquid. Refrigerate for atleast 2 hrs again.
Serve chilled.
