When a summer noon calls for something yummy and exciting, think different! Why settle for the boring roohafza or aam pannas when you can make something lip-smackingly good with little creativity and effort. Today we take some pineapples and and a twist to the age old aam panna by replacing the raw mangoes with ripe pineapples. For the simple and delicious recipe of pineapple panna, read on.

Ingredients
4 fresh pineapple
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
1/2 tsp black salt
1 lemon juice
1/4 cup sugar
Fresh chopped mint to garnish

Method
Roast  a pineapple on a gas or grill till tender.
Peel the fruit and cut it into cubes.
Take a handful of pineapple pieces at a time and squeeze out the juice.
Add rest of the ingredients and a dash of lime juice.
Chill and serve topped with roasted cumin and chopped mint.
