The residence and other properties of Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia are raided by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). The raids are conducted by different teams in 20 locationsThe raids are done over Manish Sisodia's connection with the investigation in the irregularities in the Delhi Excise Policy. The raids started early this morning. About the investigation, Manish Sisodia recently said that he would cooperate for the probe and the truth will be known for the world very soon."It is unfortunate that those who do good work in our country are harassed like this. That is why our country has not yet become No 1," posted a tweet on his twitter page.
Manish Sisodia said that the welfare of New Delhi will not be stopped. He said that he is honest and is keen to make the future for lakhs of children in the national capital. "I extend my welcome to the CBI. I will cooperate with the investigation so that the truth comes out at the earliest. Till now many cases have been filed against me but nothing has come out. Nothing will come out of it either. My work cannot be stopped for a good education in the country" told Manish Sisodia on twitter. Manish Sisodia responded about the allegations made against him and the Health Minister Satyendar Jain calling them false. "We are working on the best work for the fields of health and education in Delhi. That is the reason we are troubled" concluded Manish Sisodia.
