India is shattered due to the second wave of coronavirus and the new cases are increasing on a record note all over. The country witnessed more than 3.5 lakh new cases on Sunday and the experts say that the tally may touch 10 lakhs in no time by the end of May. USA President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris assured India to provide all the needed assistance for India and they announced sending medical life saving supplies along with the needed equipment to help the country in this deadly battle and during this tough time. "Just as India sent assistance to the United States as our hospitals were strained early in the pandemic, we are determined to help India in its time of need," told Joe Biden through his twitter handle.

Joe Biden has been spending time with his family in Delaware and he continued to keep a track on what is happening in India with COVID-19. "The U.S. is working closely with the Indian government to rapidly deploy additional support and supplies during an alarming COVID-19 outbreak. As we provide assistance, we pray for the people of India—including its courageous healthcare workers" posted Vice President Kamala Harris who happens to be an Indian-American. The government of USA was criticized for their late response as India stood by their side in the tough times for USA.
