Rohit Sharma and Hardik Pandya have been selected for the Indian cricket team that will compete in a three-match ODI series against Afghanistan, but chief selector Ajit Agarkar mentioned that their participation will depend on whether they pass their fitness tests. Shubman Gill will captain the team in this ODI series with Shreyas Iyer serving as his assistant.
