Congress party’s tactics indicate party’s dependence on power, said Prime Minister Narendra Modi hitting out the party for the bitter washout of monsoon session by disruption of Parliament.
The tactics followed by the parties indicated their dependence on power and their anti-democratic mind set, said the PM. He called upon NDA MPs to expose this attitude of Congress and Left through meetings in 53 constituencies that belong to the Lok Sabha members of these parties. Each of these constituencies will be visited by four NDA MPs and one minister to spread the BJP's message.
According to Modi, as Congress cannot do without power, they blocked and prevented Parliament from passing the important legislations. He reminded of Emergency in 1975, which was caused due to Indira Gandhi's desire for power.
"Par ye ek mansikta ka pratibimb tha (It reflected a mindset)," Modi said. "Congress's agenda is parivar (family), our agenda is the nation.”

The PM said, whenever Congress party looses power and about to lose power, it will not let the Government to function as the party finds it difficult to do without power. Congress party’s agenda is to save family while BJP’s agenda is to save democracy.
"We accept this undemocratic challenge by the Congress and will take it to the people. Our people will go to every nook and corner to expose the Congress, which is trying to stop the growth of the country," the PM added.
