Pakistan a non-trustworthy neighbor and a place of breeding terrorists, does not have any regards to the words said. Pakistan is a failed state which is controlled by the whims of Army, ISI and civilian government. They keep alive the cottage industry of terrorism for exhorting financial aids in the name of the fight against terrorism. The country does not care about the development and the welfare of the citizens, instead groom terrorists to wage proxy war.

"Heavy firing exchanges between the BSF (Border Security Force) and Pakistan Rangers have been taking place since early morning," a police officer said.

"We are disappointed at the developments which have taken place this morning. There was a major ceasefire violation committed by Pakistani forces in Akhnoor sector, which led to casualties in India. I spoke to the (Pak) foreign secretary this morning and again in the afternoon. The ceasefire violation has led to the death of a civilian woman in Akhnoor," Indian High Commissioner TCA Raghavan had said.  

Pakistan, this time started violating the ceasefire agreement  after Indian and Pakistani prime ministers issued a joint statement pledging themselves to building peace between the two countries. This is an usual way of the Pakistan army to scuttle the civilian efforts to maintain peace between the two neighbor countries. The Pakistan army, which is incapable to fight from the forefronts uses terrorists to inflict injuries in the bilateral relationship.
