Below are the ten most trafficked airways based on passenger volume.

Connecting Shanghai Hongqiao to Shenzhen, this route links two of China's most significant cities, both of which are notable economic hubs. It is particularly favored by business travelers, with a monthly capacity of approximately 575,685 passenger seats.

The route between Beijing and Shanghai Hongqiao repeats the presence of Shanghai, this time paired with the capital city. The economic vibrancy of Shanghai complemented by the political significance of Beijing makes this the busiest route in China, with around 645,476 passengers each month.

The air corridor linking New Delhi and Mumbai stands out as the busiest in the Indian subcontinent, catering to a diverse range of travelers, including business executives, government representatives, and tourists. This route sees an influx of about 664,698 passengers every month.

The route from Tokyo Haneda to Okinawa Naha is particularly appealing, as Okinawa Island attracts a substantial number of visitors from Japan's capital. The allure of Okinawa's beautiful beaches and resorts draws around 679,386 travelers monthly.

The air space between Melbourne and Sydney is recognized as the busiest in Australia, reflecting the cultural and economic significance of these major cities. This busy route accommodates approximately 756,904 passengers each month.

Connecting Jeddah to Riyadh is a vital route for Saudi Arabia, with the Red Sea port city of Jeddah playing a significant role in the nation’s economic expansion. This corridor is frequented by approximately 881,578 travelers monthly.

Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City are at the forefront of Vietnam's rapid economic growth. Despite the country's historically complex political landscape, both cities have emerged as significant centers, leading to a monthly passenger count of 901,635 on their connecting route.
