Justin Bieber has once again messed with the wrong side of the law.

Justin Bieber and his alleged ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez were chilling out at Dave & Buster's, in Hollywood, on Aug. 25, when suddenly they were mobbed by a group of fan who started clicking pictures and videos of the couple with his phone.

Highly miffed, Bieber at once lunged at the person to grab his phone. However, Bieber's security got in the way before he could hit the guy. Cops were called in, but Bieber left before they arrived.

Now the aggravated fan wants to press charges against Bieber for attempted battery, theft and robbery.

If charged, Bieber would stand in violation of his probation order from his previous egg-throwing incident.

Ah, truly, for Bieber, the drama never ends.
