The tangy taste and aroma of this dish will make you clean the whole plate. The favorite snack for evening is a mixture of sweet and sour taste with little bit of spice.
Ingredients:
Papdi crisp (type of wafers) 24
Wishked Yoghurt 1 ½ cups
Salt to taste
Sugar 1 tablespoon
Boiled and chopped potatoes 2 medium
Blanched sprouted green gram 1/2 cup
Red chili-garlic chutney 1/4 cup
Green chutney 1/4 cup
Sweet tamarind chutney 1/4 cup
Roasted cumin powder 1 teaspoon
Chaat masala 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
Fresh coriander leaves 2 tablespoons
Sev (as required)
Pomegranate (anar) peeled 2 tablespoons
Add sugar and salt to the curd and blend till the curd becomes smooth. Keep it in refrigerator.
Place the papdis on a plate with some chopped potatoes on each.
Spread the boiled sprout on the papdis and drizzle a little of red chili-garlic chutney, green chutney and sweet tamarind chutney. Add the rest as per your requirement.
Sprinkle some cumin powder, chaat masala, red chili powder and salt and top each papdi with chilled curd.
Garnish with sev, pomegranate and coriander leaves and serve.
