Actress Anushka Sharma will be seen in a gorgeous gown in her upcoming film 'Bombay Velvet'. Wait thats not the end of it. The gown weighs a whopping 35 kgs.

Here's a sneek peek into Anushka's look in Bombay Velvet.

Anushka dons the heavy dress for her role as a jazz singer in Anurag Kashyap's period drama. The actress wears the pretty green and gold gown for the opening scene.

Designed by Niharika Bhasin Khan, the pretty gown sequined with a long train seems to be covered in flames.

The shot captured from behind shows Anushka behind the microphone in a club. Apparently the actress needed help to walk with so much weight around her.

Besides Anushka Sharma 'Bombay Velvet' stars Ranbir Kapoor, Karan Johar, Raveena Tandon, Kay Kay Menon and Remo Fernandes.

Anurag Kashyap is directed the film, which will hit theatres on November 28, 2014
