Narendra Modi Cabinet Portfolios Announced: Full List Here

Hours after the 57 Union Ministers, Ministers of State with Independent Charge and Ministers of State took oath at the Rashtrapati Bhavan on Thursday, the full list of portfolios held by them was released.

Bharatiya Janata Party President Amit Shah is the Minister of Home Affairs. Member of Parliament G Kishan Reddy is the Minister of State for Home. 

Former Home Minister Rajnath Singh is the Defence Minister.

Former Defence and Commerce Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has been awarded the Finance portfolio. Apart from being the Finance Minister, she is also the Minister for Corporate Affairs.

Nitin Gadkari retained his portfolios of Minister of Road, Transport and Highways. He is additionally now also the Minister of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hold of Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions; Department of Atomic Energy, Department of Space and all other portfolios not allocated to any Minister.

Former Foreign Secretary Dr. S Jaishankar is the Minister for External Affairs.

Smriti Irani is the Minister of Women and Child Development and Minister of Textiles.
