VHP leader Sadhvi Balika Saraswati has been booked under the Section 153(A) of IPC for allegedly fueling the disharmony or enmity on March 1, during her speech at the "Hindu Samajotsava" in Mangaluru.

The police have booked the case after receiving the complaint from Suresh Bhat Bakrabail from Dakshina Kannada District. The petitioner is the President of Komu Souharda Vedike, an organisation that professes by communal harmony.

On March 1, she reportedly commented on Pakistan aggression, Love Jihad, and against those Indian citizens who praise Pakistan. The sadhvi from Madhya Pradesh said, "People who eat and live in India and praise Pakistan should be hit with shoes and sent to Pakistan."

She also said that, it is not the time to maintain peace and must take for an eye. The sadvi also said that India got independence with peace, but to have independence weapons must be carried.

On the Ram Mandir, she said that One Manditr at Ayodhya is inevitable, but one more in Islamabad would be built and regular 'poojas and archanas' offered. She added that "If anyone wants to live in India, he or she will have to say Vande Mataram,".

The comments of Sadvi Balika Saraswati ignited the religious sentiments; her remarks came after the comments of other VHP leader Sadvi Prachi on the Khans movies.
