US President Barack Obama actually scheduled to visit the symbol of love Tajmahal on January 27th before leaving for US back from India. According to sources his Agra trip along with Michelle Obama cancelled hours before boarding Air Force One for his visit to India.

Rest of the Trip plan was unchanged and US is expecting very positive and success from the trip, he will board the flight at Andrews Air Force Base this evening.

Air Force One, the presidential aircraft that will fly Obama to India, will take brief halt for refueling in Ramstein, Germany and expected to land in Delhi at 10am on at Air Force Station, Palam.

He will be given a ceremonial welcome around noon at the Rashtrapati Bhawan by President Pranab Mukherjee and Modi. Then, he will pay homage to Mahatma Gandhi at the Rajghat at 12.40 pm and would take part a tree planting event there. He will then join Modi for a lunch at the Hyderabad House, which would be working and private one, and participate in a "walk and talk" with PM around 2.45pm, according to the sources. 

Obama and Modi will then have an expanded delegation-level meeting, which is expected to last for about an hour. They will jointly address the press at about 4.10pm.

"The President is very much looking forward to this visit.  It is a genuine honour to be invited as the guest for Republic Day" and Obama "is looking forward to see the festivities associated with Republic Day firsthand," his press secretary Josh Earnest said on Friday.

From India he may be going to Saudi Arabia for paying tribute to the late king Abdullah. King Abdullah was an important ally and a major force in the Muslim world. His contribution to the Saudi Arabia’s all round development was lauded by the world leaders. Abdullah's perspective was well appreciated by the leaders.

Some reports said that though Indian forces and security agents have given clear notice mentioning the Agra trip is safe, US security agents have deferred with Indian side expressed lacuna in safety conditions.

However, US’ first lady and her husband President Obama would be missing the beautiful monument of love this time.
