Even 15 years after his impeachment in 1998, the Lewinsky scandal is following Bill Clinton till date. On Sunday Senator Rand Paul (R-Ky.) hauled up the former President for his inappropriate behaviour towards Monica Lewinsky, the 22-year-old White House Intern.
During the TV show "Meet The Press" telecast by NBC, Rand defended his wife Kelley Paul, who had appeared in September issue of Vogue, stating that American voters should take into consideration Bill Clinton's "predatory" behavior while in office at the White House before voting for Hillary Clinton that would see the return of the former President as first spouse.
Rand, while refering to the political sex scandal emerging in1998, said that Bill Clinton took advantage of a 20 years old girl, who was an intern in his office. His behaviour is definitely predatory and there can be no excuse for it.
However, Paul suggested that Hillary Clinton was not responsible for Bill's behaviour, but the factor cannot be dismissed.
