Are you too attached to your cell phone, so much so that you can't bear to stay apart even during bedtime or when it's being charged?

Now you don't have to lose your sleep anymore, as a team of Canadian inventors have come up with a 'Power Pillow', a cushion that not only supports your head, but also doubles up as a charger too. Whoa!

The 'Power Pillow' comes with two portable batteries - each of the batteries fitted with two USB ports - that can charge up your phone and tablet at the same time, same place. Now isn't that incredible!

The makers claim that each battery will charge an iPhone six times before it runs out of power, but will need to be charged for 10 hours to reach full capacity again.

Brainchild of of Canadian inventor Geoff Martin, the idea apparently hit his mind while he was speaking to his brother on the phone in bed and his battery ran out.

He collaborated with partner Lisa Sutt and together they developed various designs and prototypes.

“The pair has now launched a campaign on Kickstarter and is hoping to raise $30,000 (£18,200) to fund the device. The pillow is being sold for $79 (£48) for a pillow and one battery. People who donate $124 (£76) will be sent a cushion, two batteries, and two micro USB cables,” a U.K daily reports.
