Women love to wear strappy sandals during the summer months. But some of us are hindered by feet problems like cracked heels, blisters and corns. Here are some tips for beautiful feet.
Sun protection
Just like your face, the rest of your body also needs protection from the sun. Protect your feet from the harsh rays of the sun during the summer months. Apply sunscreen on your feet regularly when you go out in the sun.
Soak them up
Soak your tired feet in a tub of hot water at the end of a day. Your feet get tired after walking and standing throughout the day. Soaking them in a tub of warm water with bath salts for 10 minutes will help to relax your foot muscles and soothe them. After a good soak the calluses and buff becomes soft and can be easily scrubbed off. Wash your feet with water and gently wipe them dry. Apply some nourishing moisturiser to complete the routine.
Pamper with butter
Body butters are great for foot care. You can use shea butter, cocoa butter, coconut butter or any other fruity butter creams. Pampering your feet with body butters and nourishing moisturising creams helps to heal and repair.
