Rajinikanth's much awaited next 'Lingaa' wrapped up its Hyderabad schedule and is now headed to Shimoga in Karnataka for its climax sequence.

Buzz is that a life-size statute of Lord Shiva will be erected on the sets to shoot the climax portions that will star Rajinikanth, Sonakshi Sinha and Anushka Shetty.

Producer Rockline Venkatesh, however, has refused to divulge any details on it as he doesn't want a huge gathering on the spot.

Apparently, the cast and crew of the film had to battle a tough time in Mysore after a large mob thronged to get a glimpse of their favorite Tamil superstar.

The makers are hoping to wrap up with the film at the earliest and doesn't want unncessary impediments to delay the shoot.

The film is slated to hit the theaters on Rajini's birthday, that is on December 12.

We just hope that this film lives up to its hype.
