Jeramie Robison will be appointed as the new chef de cuisine at Uchi in Uptown, Dallas city. Recently, ‘Uchi’ was named as the Dallas' best new restaurant.
Jeramie Robison is the former executive chef at Dallas pan-Asian restaurant, Shinsei.
Uchi received a rare ‘five stars’ from Dallas Morning News, restaurant critic, Leslie Brenner. The kitchen was led by chef Nilton "Junior" Borges, when Uchi earned five stars. Uchi’s all three restaurants in Dallas, Houston and Austin are being operated by chef Nilton "Junior" Borges.
The Uchi restaurant was opened in Dallas in the month of June.
Robison said in a statement that, "It's an honor to be considered for the position and I can't wait to be a part of the Uchi family once more."
