The shocking video clip has angered animal lovers, who have dubbed it as animal cuelity. In the video the fish appears to be forced to puff a cigarette.

The video clip was uploaded on LiveLeak and Youtube and has been criticised for animal cruelty.

The fish seems to be of tropical variety. It has been posed upright on a boat over a plank of wood, with a lit cigarette wedged on its mouth. The cigarette remains in the fish's mouth for about 30 seconds before falling off.

One web user says the clip is horrible. How if the guys are forced to breathe water, would be fair?

Another web user said he wanted to love the video, but just couldn't. It's cruel and inhumane. The poor fish needs to be in water, not smoking cigarette, he said
