And you thought that makeup was only meant to enhance a woman's looks. Wrong. Meet Brittoni, a young woman, who can't resist the urge to eat eyeshadows.

The 22-year-old woman from Toledo, Ohio, confessed of her uncanny love for makeup on TV show, 'My Strange Addition'.

Brittoni describes her addiction to eating makeup similar to a craving for candy bars. The young girl finds the idea of coating the insides of her body with the makeup colour as the motivating factor.

She loves to consume eyeshadows, which she can eat upto 15 in a day. Her favourite colours are metallic grey, white and brown shades. The addicted woman's boyfriend Josh feels that Brittoni looks like a clown gone crazy when she consumes makeup. He even confessed to have kissed her and tasted makeup, which he finds horrible.

Brittoni confessed to have consumed over 10,000 eyeshadow containers since she was five or six years old, the time her addiction started.

The young women was informed by a doctor at the show that makeup contains lead, arsenic and nickel, which can aggravate her heart problems (that she developed at age 12), cancer, or even cause her death.
