Cat burglar Theo has decided to give a christmas theme to his booty hunt. After stealing hand puppets, pens, phone chargers and pants, the kleptomaniac cat has now got its paws on Christmas decorations.

Three-year-old Theo goes around his Ipswich home collecting things for its owners Paul Edwards and Rachael Drouet. The Siamese cross cat was generally happy with his usual stuff. But this christmas Theo decided to bring home snowman decorations, woolen Santa and also an angel from a neighbour's christmas tree, said Rachael. Rachael is obviously not happy with Theo's booty collection and tries her best to return the stolen decorations to their rightful owners, which is not an easy task.

While speaking to the BBC, Rachael said that she finds it embarrassing to knock at neighbours' doors - especially the not so familiar ones - inquiring if a particular chewed up decoration, saliva covered and with cat hair, belonged to their Christmas tree. She joked that nodoubt Theo goes out to get Christmas 'gifts' for her, but if asked by the cat her 'preference would be an iPad'.

Rachael said that Theo's act of bringing home things was actually a compensation for not being able to do what other cats can, that is to catch a real prey. She went on to say that actually Theo was quite stupid, and probably not using its brain.
