Green Tea Smoothie Ingredients

1 c coconut milk

1 banana

juice of 1/2 of a lemon

1/2 bag frozen, organic peaches (1 1/2 c or so)

2 extra large handfuls of baby spinach, preferably organic

1 tsp honey (optional)

1 tsp matcha powder

Green Tea Smoothie Recipe

Take all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth and of desired consistency.

Add ice and serve immediately.
