Actor Akshay Kumar has no problen working in a sex comedy film. The action hero of Bollywood is not at all worried that his image would get tarnished in the eyes of fans if he works in this genre.

Akki, who is equally good at action and comedy, has a realistic approach towards sex comedies as a  movie genre. He says that he is alright with doing sex comedies as it would be just "a character"  for him.

While talking about people not appreciating sex comedies, Akshay says that those who don't like the genre don't really need to watch it.

Nobody is forcing them to watch a sex comedy film, said Akshay, while adding that 'Grand Masti' did good business at the box office.

Akshay, who has given several hits in action and comedy genre, says that if he gets a good script in the sex comedy genre then he will take it up. He opinined that he would only be playing a character in a film.

One doesn't become a sex maniac just because he played a character in a film, said Akki to reporters. The 46-year-old actor said that a film is a film and it should be left at being reel not real, added Akshay. 

Akshay who stared in "Garam Masala" along with John Abraham said, 'If you decide to do a sex comedy trust your convictions and don't be afraid of losing a few audience with the film'.
