King Khan is quite a rage in the US. No wonder, most of his films rakes in more money overseas than at the domestic box-office counters.

But come next week, and Shah Rukh Khan's fan following could be eclipsed by that of our very own Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, we fear.

That's right! SRK, who begins his 'Happy New Year' SLAM tour in New Jersey this weekend could face some serious competition from the Prime Minister's when he makes his first visit to the States later this month.

Our honorable PM is due to give a speech at the Madison Square Garden in New York City on September 28. And considering the huger fan following that Mr. Modi has among his NRI fans, we are expecting nothing less than a packed house.

Apparently, the event will be screened live at the Times Square as well. The place can hold 20000 people and all the tickets have bee sold out unlike SRK's show at the Izod Centre is yet to go housefull.
It seems the craze to watch Modi speak is fairly more than watch Shah Rukh dance.

America will surely feel privileged to host two great Indians in quick succession.

While the country just loves Shah Rukh Khan, it's respect for Modi has gone up after the massive Lok Sabha win.

US had previously denied Visa for Modi’s doubting his alleged involvement in Gujarat riots. Today, America can't wait to hear him talk. It's a great September for India!
