Bollywood's self-confessed sex maniac has a noble "responsibility"! Actor Ranveer Singh has been signed in to endorse for a leading condom brand.

Normally, it's hard to rope in any A-lister to endorse for condoms as most tend to steer clear of anything sexual in nature. But, Mr Singh isn't the kind of a man to shy away from such choices.

Ranveer has always had a taste for the offbeat and a tendency to deviate from the usual. He has an attitude, knows how to attract attention, exudes confidence, and is the ultimate cool dude which makes him the right pick for the condom brand.

Ranveer, too, feels that promoting safe sex is a social cause and is happy to be associated with the condom campaign.

The auditions are on for his female partner. The ad is scheduled to be shot on March 30.

In the past, Bollywood stars like Arjun Rampal and Emraan Hashmi had been asked to be a part of condom campaigns. But the actors clearly bailed out.

With this ad, Ranveer Singh will be surely setting a precedence for his peers to follow.
