Congratulations to SRK (Siddharth Roy Kapur) and Vidya! The couple are indeed expecting their first child together.
The news of Vidya Balan's possible pregnancy started making headlines almost four months back when the actress was spotted frequenting a doctor's clinic. Although she rubbished the reports then and event went to claim on Karan Johar's chat show 'Koffee with Karan' that: "I'm not pregnant. I'd have to meet Siddharth to get pregnant! Jokes apart, I'm not yet ready to share Siddharth. Besides, I'm committed through this year, so motherhood will have to wait," seems the stork is all set to visit Vidya.
Reportedly, the actress is in her second trimester of pregnancy. She is under the able care of a lady gynecologist at the Seven Hills Hospital in Mumbai.
A former entertainment journalist with a leading news channel first saw Vidya visit a doctor’s clinic a couple of months back and spread the news, which has been confirmed only now.
With a baby coming soon, the big question is what happens to her future projects.
While some of the films have been put on hold, replacements are being called in to fit other projects.
Just recently, there were news of Kangana Ranaut replacing Vidya Balan in Sujoy Ghosh's edge of the seat thriller 'Durga Rani Singh'.
In the meantime, as Vidya gears up to enter a new, exciting phase of her life, we wish the mama and papa to be happy times ahead.
