If a student loses his/her eligibility for any reason while being represented by SLS in a pending court proceeding, SLS may withdraw representation at the earliest opportunity. Legal services will not be provided if the student becomes an unenrolled student pursuant to Ohio State guidelines, even if student paid the fee for that academic year.
