A strong earthquake has lashed out several parts of Nepal recently and the tremors are felt in the national capital New Delhi. Now, an earthquake with a magnitude of 5.6 struck New Delhi this afternoon. The National Centre for Seismology revealed that the earthquake took place 233 km north from Uttar Pradesh's Ayodhya. The tremors were felt in the National Capital Region and the people were left in panic. Several videos surfaced online in which the desks, home furniture were spotted shaking. Some of the videos showed people rushing out from their residential buildings and apartments.

On Friday, Nepal witnessed an earthquake of 6.4 magnitude and more than 150 people passed away while hundreds of them were left injured. It was the worst earthquake since 2015 and Nepal was attacked twice in the last one week. Similar tremors were felt in Nepal today. New Delhi is already battling with bad air conditions and the air quality index is recently named as very poor. The government of New Delhi is working hard to tackle the situation and to bring things under control. Several restrictions are imposed in the National Capital Region recently.
