TRS has been ruling the state of Telangana after its formation. The sentiment of TRS worked big time and KCR along with the leaders could maintain the same in the people. BJP emerged as the second largest force and the major opposition party in Telangana after Congress and TDP lost trace. After emerging as a winner in the recent bypolls, the leadership of BJP is focused on Telangana. The national party has been working hard to make an impact down South but it is always the domination of the regional parties. With Munugode bypoll heading soon, Union Home Minister Amit Shah is in Hyderabad to campaign for BJP.

The party is keen to stage an attack on TRS and KCR. The major agenda of BJP is against the family politics. They made strong allegations on KCR and his family members who are active in the party after they took the power in the state. After KCR ignored Narendra Modi during his visits in Hyderabad, BJP has been more aggressive. Several crucial meetings are held in Hyderabad and the entire leadership flew down to Hyderabad. There are speculations that TRS may dissolve the state's Assembly and may head for early polls in the state. BJP is working on all the available options and is strict to make their impact in the next biggest polls in Telangana.
