Amarpreet pleaded about her COVID positive father’s health condition via twitter and she was in need of help for emergency treatment. She tweeted yesterday during early hours and within an hour, she posted “I lost my father to COVID”.

A helpless woman at COVID treating hospital came with her father to admit as she noticed his condition was serious. The authorities of the Lok Nayak Jai Prakash Hospital neglected the seriousness and also said the patient was “brought dead” to the hospital. The hospital authorities said her father is 67 years old with asthma and he died at 7.37 am.

She took her twitter account to get help from the government and tagged the political leaders and also Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Keriwal in the post. There was no response from any of the leaders or authorities to address the woman’s concern.

After an hour later of posting the “medical help tweet” she came back with another tweet saying, “I lost my father”.Her tweets were circulated widely on social media.

In one of her earlier posts(before father’s death) she thanked Dilip K Pandey and others for immediate attention and support. She also said, “we are proceeding on next steps as advised by doctors”.

In the following tweet, again she mentioned a complain of “no helpline is responding” and asked for urgent help.

After her father's death, in the next tweet, she also mentioned that her other family members must get tested immediately. The labs are failing tests of the COVID suspecting patients who are in danger. Her family has been trying since morning to get tested which includes her mother, brother and sister in law and two kids.
