The event experienced the presence of some of the renowned Bollywood actors and actresses to discuss more on the ideologies of Mahatma Gandhi and his preachings. Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Kangana Ranaut, Sonam Kapoor were some of the celebrities present in the event.

Dearest @narendramodi ji. We in the South of INDIA admire you & are Proud to have you as our Prime Minister. With all due respect we felt that the representation of Leading personalities & cultural icons was limited only to Hindi Artists and the The South Film Industry was neglected. I express my feelings with pain & hope it’s taken in the right spirit. Jai Hind
Apart from the presence of the popular telugu actor, Dil Raju, no other celebrities or film stars from the South Indian province was present in the event. The #ChangeWithin initiative was organized as a drive on the 150th birthday of Mahatma Gandhi to promote his ideologies in the world. The main initiative with the invites to the film industry was to discuss these ideologies and possibly promote them to make a movie.
Several of the celebrities also shared their experience in the event on their social media handles.
