While some are supporting India’s decision on revoking Article 370 that provided special status to Jammu and Kashmir some poured scorn on the Indian government.
A girl named Yana Mirchandani, reportedly from Jammu and Kashmir, has released a video message on social media with an appeal to the international community to back the cancellation of Article 370 from J&K.
The girl has tagged President Donald Trump, United Nations, Israel PMO and China Daily in the tweet carrying her two-part video message.
In her video message, Mirchandani spoke about why the removal of Article 370 is good for Kashmir. Calling Article 370 a "draconian law", she also said that because of this there have been years of unemployment in the valley.
In her video message, Mirchandani said that while she has also not been able to get in touch with her family, she feels safer after the revocation of Article 370. "It is a brave decision and I'm very proud of the decision by my government," Mirchandani said, ending her message with 'Jai Hind'.

In the meantime, Mirchandani also trolled a Pakistani female journalist who released a placard video criticizing the PM Modi government for its move on Article 370 and Jammu and Kashmir bifurcation.

Home Minister of India Amit Shah on Monday announced a resolution in parliament to revoke Article 370. He also moved a separate bill to bifurcate the state into two Union Territories - J&K and Ladakh.
PM Narendra Modi will also address the nation at 8 p.m. on Thursday on the historic move by his government.
