26 Countries Celebrates Telangana Formation Day

Telangana Non-Resident Indians in about 26 countries organized Telangana formation day Celebrations.

On the occasion, Nri units of Telangana Rashtra Samithi held debates on the alternative political front proposed by Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao in national politics.

TRS NRI coordinator Mahesh Bigala said that NRIs cut cakes, distributed sweets, organized rallies and cultural festivals in Italy where Telangana NRIs from European countries including France, Netherlands, Denmark and Austria took part in the celebrations and various civic organizations from India took part in the debate.

The Telangana NRIs at San jose in California celebrated Telangana Formation Day with Hyderabadi Biryani while in New Jersey and Dallas celebrated by distributing sweets and cutting cakes.

The celebrations were as well organized in Kuwait, Oman, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Qatar, Phillipines, Ethiopia and including other countries.

In London, United Kingdom, TRS NRI unit president Anil Kurmachalam organized the celebrations including discussions regarding the need for the new political front. They assured to create awareness on the speedy growth in Telangana and investment opportunities got industrialists in London.

In Australia, TRS NRI unit vice-president Rajeshgiri Rapolu organized celebrations in Sydney, and President Nagender in Melbourne assuring to play their role as Telangana NRIs in making the dream of 'Bangaru Telangana' a reality.

The members of TRS Qatar unit celebrating the day at Doha said they would actively participate in the efforts of Chief Minister KCR to bring qualitative change in national politics and governance.

NRIs from Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Kerala and else states also took part in the discussion on the need for alternative political front in India.

In Bharain, NRIs paid tribute to martyrs who laid down their lies for the cause of separate Telangana.

Due to local issues, the countries like Malaysia and Singapore are organizing the celebrations on June 9 and June 10.
