Anti-Corruption crusader and the hero of Delhi elections 2015 Arvind Kejriwal sworn-in as the Chief Minister of Delhi today afternoon. Media and fans followed him after he left his residence in Kaushambi for swearing-in ceremony at Ramlila ground.

Following his swearing-in Manish Sisodia, Asim Ahmed Khan, Sandeep Kumar, Satyendra Jain and Jitendra Singh Tomar taken oath as ministers.

He begins his speech with Inquilab zindabad, and said the over ambition in Lok Sabha elections paid him and his party a lot, this time they do not want to contest elsewhere other than Delhi. What it meant for, we cannot understand as of now. And he said he had a pill before arriving in the venue as he is suffering from cold and fever.

He said his government will build hospitals and roads, make Delhi safe for women. And urged people to pay taxes for using them to do good. During his speech he requested media not to fix deadlines and not to criticize all the times. He wanted to fulfill the election promises in his term. He also said full state hood to Delhi is his first priority, while Janlokpal can be bring afterwords without any deadline.

He said he want to ensure Delhi as a safe place for everyone irrespective of religion and other factors. After this ceremony he went to Secretariat and taken charge as Delhi’s eighth CM. He also took charge of finance, power and water portfolios. Satyendra Jain has taken charge of the Health Ministry. The reports of charge taking by others members of his cabinet are awaiting.

Due to his ill health the cabinet meeting was cancelled.
