Umpteen number of promises made by the Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi, while addressing a rally in Rohini amid unprecedented security. Throughout his speech he fired at the AAP and Congress as inefficient and weak. 

While speaking on the development of Delhi he said that Congress’ 15 years of ruling and AAP’s unclear governance ruined Delhi like anything and urged people to feel responsibility to pull Delhi out of 16-year damage.

He said that Delhi has given 7 out of 7 seats in General Elections to BJP. Delhi people made him like their own person. It is his duty to return the affection that the people of Delhi have given him. While taking on AAP he said it a 'temporary party' and has morals at all.

He seriously commented on Congress as the party comes first in fighting on good, like criticizing the ordinances by them for the welfare of e-rickshaw drivers

While mocking AAP, he said: "Those who had access to even Swiss bank account details of others are not aware who funded them."

He said that he wants to see and ensure Delhi ‘Generator capital’ to ‘Power Generation capital’ in view of electricity problems prevailing. High class amenities and governance can be expected by Kiran Bedi. Pure drinking water, cleanliness and good health are the major requirements of Delhi.
