Bringing back of Black money stored in Swiss bank is one of the main key topic mentioned in the manifesto of each India’s nationalized political party. In this regard Finance, Minster Arun Jaitley said India has gathered information about individual stored black money in Swiss bank account and ready to share information in this regard.

He spoke to his counterpart Swiss bank Eveline Widmer-Schlumpf for about 40 minutes last night and said that Switzerland is ready to act very seriously on such issue.

To bring back all the black money stored in Swiss bank, India and Switzerland has entered into a bilateral contract of exchanging tax information.

"Now we do have independent evidence and material available. So, now we have to come back to Switzerland with that material on the basis of which we can get (the information)," the Finance Minister said after meeting his Swiss counterpart. Jaitley also said that the Switzerland is ready to cooperate if India is sharing independent information.

While speaking at the meeting he said that, ”It was discussed with the parameters with  Switzerland,  after sharing the independent details what all details they can provide the money stored in Swiss bank accounts once the independent data is furnished.

However, Switzerland has a clear stand about that the information stolen data would be provided with another country but such cases will be look forward on providing independent evidence on the same being made available. 

So now we have to provide the independent evidence and material available, so we get back to the Switzerland with that material on that basis we can the information.
