The officials have found clues of finger prints on the blast site at Bangalore, which have similarities with Pune and Bijnour blast. Indicting the group of 5 SIMI (Students Islamic Movement of India) who have been escape from Kandwa jail could be behind the incident.

Official said, explosive material Sulfur-based with concoction of gun powder and a Nitrite compound used in the blast. It was packed in L shaped pipe which is used to joint two pipes at right angles with rusted nails.anolog clock was used for timer.

Officials suspects that the same groups of 5 SIMI cadres have carried out blast in Bangalore-Guhati train at Chennai central stations on May 1, 2014 and in Bijnour blasts near Faraskhana and Vishrambag police stations in Pune on 10 July, 2014. In all these three blast ammonia nitrat was used as main explosive material while analog clocks were the triggering devise.
