26/11 Mumbai attacks accused Zaki-ur-Rehman Lakhi's bail order may be reviewed as the Pakistan Federal Investigation Agency trying to petition to stay that bail order.
Zaki-ur-Rehman Lakhi was granted bail on Thursday by an anti-terror court in Islamabad. Court termed that prosecution failed to produce any evidence of his involvement in 26/11 Mumbai attacks.
Azhar Chaudhry, prosecutor of Pakistan’s Federal Investigation Agency told media that they will definitely go against the bail order and will try to halt that. And also reiterated that Lakhvi is involved in many crimes he should not come out of jail.
Indian PM Modi and Home Minister Rajnath expressed their voice that Pakistan should stand by their promise and Lakhvi’s involvement must be decided.
Lakhvi was co-founder of LeT along with Hafiz Saeed, who blamed India yesterday for Peshawar attack.
