Google has been blamed to be guilty of improperly scanning the email content of its customers intending to place ads, as well as a US federal judge has declared to have refused to dismiss the lawsuit.

Furthermore, US District Judge Lucy Koh ruled that the proposed class action lawsuit against Google can proceed, while rejecting the search giant's argument that its users had given permission to having their email read for the purposes of targeted advertising. Google spokesman Matt Kallman said that the company was disappointed in the decision. According to stuff.co.nz, the nine plaintiffs maintain that Google violated several laws, including federal anti-wiretapping statutes by systematically crossing the 'creepy line' to read private email messages in order to profit.

The report added that Koh exercised dominating power that nothing in the policies suggests that Google seized email communication in conveyance between users. At the same time the policies remain unnoticeable Google's intent to engage in such instance of intercepting.

That's certainly wrongdoing from such internet giant and not worthy of being accepted!
