Motorola has announced that the Razr 60 Ultra will make its debut in India next week. Along with the launch date revelation, the company has hinted at the smartphone’s color choices and essential features. The clamshell foldable model, along with the standard Motorola Razr 60, was introduced in the US back in April. The version intended for the Indian market is expected to share similarities with its international edition.
The Razr 60 Ultra will be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC coupled with 16GB of RAM, featuring a dual outer camera system with 50 megapixels, as well as a 50-megapixel camera on the inside for selfies. According to an announcement on X, the Motorola Razr 60 Ultra is set to launch in India on May 13 at 12 PM IST. An active microsite on Amazon confirms that the device will be sold through the e-commerce platform. It is expected to be available in colors such as Mountain Trail, Rio Red, and Scarab, each featuring finishes made from FSC-certified wood, vegan leather, and Alcantara, respectively.

The microsite has also disclosed that the Indian model will feature a Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC, 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM, and 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage. The device is anticipated to include a newly designed titanium hinge, Corning Gorilla Glass Ceramic for display protection, and an IP48 rating. On the rear, it will house a 50-megapixel primary camera alongside a 50-megapixel ultrawide sensor, while the front will feature a 50-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls. Additionally, the device will come equipped with features from the Moto AI 2.0 suite.
The global edition of the Motorola Razr 60 Ultra boasts a 7-inch 1.5K pOLED LTPO inner foldable display with a 165Hz refresh rate and support for Dolby Vision, complemented by a 4-inch pOLED LTPO cover screen. It is powered by a 4,700mAh battery that offers 68W TurboPower and 30W wireless charging capabilities.
