In most of the cases teachers are given much respect by the students as they treat their parents, but in some special cases students dare to flirt with teachers, because of their attractive attire, physic, love and friendly nature. It is not crime to love teacher, but there should be some sort of maturity and reasonable understandings both by student and teacher.

In India male teachers allegedly force their female students to spend time privately in lieu of marks and up gradation. In western countries male students date female teachers, who generally at same age or in higher standard of their academics, which is not a blunder as both the parties move forward with greater understanding.

The teachers’ association leaders have met to discuss on the similar problem, where female teachers are running away with their students for physical satisfaction or for love. Last month a 26-year-old teacher ran off with a 16-year-old boy, recently a 22-year-old female teacher at a tutorial college eloped with a 20-year-old and there are many incidents which have been wrapped by the duos! The incidents raised new doubts on the behavior of teachers and educational institutions on the grounds of morals and ethics in teaching.

For this the members of associations came forward with new dress codes and restrictions on female teachers, they asked teachers to come in lawyerly black robes for controlling the students mind. They felt that the black lawyer's gowns for female teachers would ensure the students to concentrate on studies, ban on mobile phones as the teachers are addicted to social media and messaging apps like WhatsApp, and they also recommended CCTV surveillance everywhere in the premises of teaching institutions to catch the partners romancing.

They believed that skin exposure by the teachers is one of the factors making students to follow the female, so that they have suggested the full length dresses. They also blamed the western dressing style by the teachers as one of the reasons, since the young teachers are looking erotic in those costumes.

They wanted to call off the short skirts and dresses to ensure students to concentrate on studies. They also suggested the teachers should cultivate good ethics to lead the life and to avoid the imprisonment in future.

However, some of the leaders differed with these opinions and asked them to come with good and unrestricted options so as to facilitate the teaching staff and students to feel free. Ethical teachings and imparting good culture would give positive results, according to them.
