Insufficient sleep: Reducing your sleeping hours may cause several disorders and illness in your body. Insufficient sleep is a big cause of premature growth and wrinkles. Sleeping disorders can cause big-time negative effects on your health, such as weight gain, impaired immune system, decreased focus, sallow skin, and compromised memory. 6-8 hours sleep is mandatory for a healthy adult. Also, be careful while, buying pillows and matrixes.
