Here are some tips to help you get glowing skin.
Cleansing
Cleansing is the first essential to keep your skin glowing. Make it a habit to cleanse your face regularly at least twice in a day. The skin gets exposed to pollution, dirt and grime everyday. So it's important to cleanse your face everyday before sleeping at night. Use a cleanser or face wash that suits your skin type.
Sun protection
Make it a habit to wear sunscreen whenever you go out during the day. Apply a sun block irrespective of whether it is sunny or not. Opt for a sunscreen which offers atleast SPF 25. Sunscreen also prevent premature skin-aging.
Moisturisation
Keep your skin moisturised and hydrated. Apply a suitable moisturiser after cleansing your face. Use a moisturizing mask at least once in a week.
Lips care
Chapped and cracked lips look unsightly. Take care of your lips along with your facial skin. Use petroleum jelly on your lips to avoid lips dryness. Exfoliate your lips once a week to get smooth and soft lips.
Eye care
Most women love to wear eye makeup but often forget to remove it before sleeping at night. Removing eye makeup is very important as it could lead to eye related problems.
