Rod Anker, creative director of Monsoon Hair Salon, said that one should go for 'colour Freeze' treatment that locks in the colour molecules. That way the coloured hair is safe from exposure to the harsh winds and strong sunlight.

'Using a sulfate-free shampoo also ensures that your hair-colour will last longer,' said Pammy Kaul of Scratch Salons. She also said that it's also important to make sure that the haircolour remains uniform.
