Grooming for the workplace is a bit tricky. All women who go out and work in offices need to be dressed correctly as they make an impression - on their co-workers, seniors and juniors - in office every day. There is a thin line that divides the well dressed and the over-dressed. And you definitely can't be shabbily dressed.

Looking fresh is an important part of grooming. Moisturised skin looks hydrated and fresh.

Get an even skin tone as it gives a neat look. Make it a point to wear foundation or makeup on your face to ensure an even skin tone.

Dark circles look untidy. So conceal the eye circles as they give a sleepy look.

Grooming is incomplete without a touch of mascara and lip colour. Mascara will give a polished look, while lip colour will enhance your appearance.

Nails should be short and clean and free of flashy paints and displays. Long nails with nail art looks offensive in an office setting.

Keep your eye makeup simple and definitely stay away from electric blue eyeshadow.
